Mohan Bandaru is a distinguished civil construction professional with over 12 years of international experience in delivering complex infrastructure and multi-level building projects. His work spans across the United States and multiple African regions, including South Africa and Ethiopia, where he has consistently achieved excellence in execution, quality, and project delivery.

With strong expertise in international construction standards such as AISC and regional codes, Mohan is known for leading multidisciplinary teams, streamlining workflows, and managing diverse regulatory environments. His leadership ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and an M.Tech in Civil Engineering, graduating with high distinction. His technical knowledge and practical experience enable seamless integration of design, engineering, and construction processes.

Throughout his career, he has played a key role in end-to-end project management, including planning, design coordination, approvals, inspections, and contractor management. His approach is driven by precision, accountability, and results.
